Cost and Payment

Central Dermatology Clinic is a private billing specialist medical practice. We require payment in full at the time of your consultation. Fees can be paid in cash, or by credit card or direct debit.

Our fees are subsided by Medicare and overseas health insurances. Australian private health insurances usually don’t cover consulting fees at private specialists.

We have a list of patients waiting to be seen by our team. Central Dermatology Clinic requires notification one business day in advance if you are not able to attend your appointment so that we may offer your appointment to another patient. If you do not give us 24 hours notice that you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, and you wish to schedule another appointment, we will require payment of a cancellation fee prior to your consultation. Of course in the case of sickness (a medical certificate is usually required) or an emergency, this fee will not apply.
